I remember waking up the morning that this happened and being terrified and wanting my parents to just pack up and leave. Go where? I have no clue, I just felt scared and anxious as to what was happening and what was going to happen. 2001 seems like it was yesterday, Today being the 11th year anniversary of such a tragic day. I knew no one that was involved but my heart hurts like I was related to every single person involved.
Take a moment and reflect on this day 11 years ago, pray for the families involved and ask God to make sure the ones that passed away are resting peacefully.
